3d printing vase, tripod, led clamp spotlight.
Three replicas of excavated vessels dating back to the Bronze Age, of which some parts are still missing, are reproduced with the 3D printing process.
Each vase is mounted on the top of a tripod, with a led spotlight placed on the front, causing the missing pieces to create the corresponding bright shapes on the walls and ceiling of the room.
The light directed in each vase, leads to the formation of a two-dimensional projection of it, in a similar way to the stereographic projection method, originally used by cartographers to map Earth.
The artifacts coming from different areas are placed close to each other so that the two-dimensional emerging maps are intertwined.
